6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the shipment:
Re-shipping costs may apply.
Refunds (if applicable) will exclude the original shipping charges.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
