Return & Exchange Policy

At Abhi Jallar, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our Return & Exchange Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Return or exchange requests must be made within 24-48 hours from the date of delivery.
Items must be returned with all tags, accessories, and invoices intact.
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Items on sale or purchased during clearance events.
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.

3. Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at abhijaalar@gmail.com within the eligible time frame. Provide your order details, reason for return, and supporting images if the item is damaged or defective.
Approval: Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Shipping the Product: Pack the product securely and ship it to the return address provided by our team. The shipping cost for returns may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Inspection: Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it for eligibility.
Refund/Exchange: After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to your bank account via the original payment mode.
If the original payment method is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid upto 6 months.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to the availability of the replacement item.
If the replacement item is unavailable, we will offer a refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Notify us within 24-48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
If an order is canceled after shipping, standard return policies will apply
